  Management & Marketing Consultancy

A strong foundation is the key to smooth operations, whether your market is USA, Europe, The Middle  East, or a melange of markets as diverse as France, Saudi Arabia, and Greece.

Whatever the case may be, CCM Consultancy is there to determine your unique needs. In some cases, this can mean modification of the organizational structure, recruitment of highly-skilled individuals, or the design and development of training packages tailored to your specific needs.

CCM does not simply "recommend" corporate changes, we "implement" them until the operations run smoothly and efficiently. In fact, ours is a five step program.

Step One
Needs Assessment

From the outset, CCM, along with your top management team, will define and prioritize the company's needs in relation to each current system and operation. This assessment is critical, as it outlines both the objectives to be achieved, and benchmarks for measuring success.

In addition to discussions with senior management, CCM will meet with various selected executives and managers to gather views from every angle.

Step Two
Evaluation & Preliminary Recommendations

Based on the input of senior management and company executives, CCM consultants will evaluate their findings, sketch recommendations for further research, and underline preliminary steps for smoother operations.

Step Three
Management Briefing

CCM will present its findings and recommendations' package to your company's senior management team. We will answer your questions, consider input for further modifications, and along with the team, agree on consequent steps and a timetable for action.

Step Four
Final Recommendations

The culmination of our collective efforts comes together here for a speedy and efficient implementation of the final package.

This may include one or more of the following :

  • Explanation of Organization Charts
  • Presentation of Administrative, Financial and Operation Systems' Manuals
  • Definition of Human Resources Needs
